Job Title: Store Clerk and Fuel Station Pump Attendant
Job Type: Full-time summer
Wages: $17.50 per hour

Kitasoo Band Store and First Nation Fuel is seeking a self-motivated individual who has the skills and experience necessary to work full-time for the summer as Store Clerk and Fuel Station Pump Attendant.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash, debit, and credit card sales handling
• Assisting customers in-store, and/or pump fuel at the station for automobiles and marine pumps
• Open and close procedures for First Nation Fuel and/or Band Store
• Maintain and stock shelves and ensure “first in, first out” is being followed
• Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and forwarded appropriately
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers and vendors

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience working with cash handling is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work with a team or independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Comfortable with cash outs and paperwork
